Use of our Shopify apps requires an active Shopify account. Use of our WordPress plugins requires a self-hosted WordPress installation.

Pricing for each app or service is listed on its respective page in the Shopify App Store, WordPress.org, or our website. All payments for Shopify apps are processed through Shopify's billing system.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Free plans may be modified, limited, or discontinued at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify existing users before significant pricing changes take effect.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services — including software, design, content, and trademarks — are owned by Foxry. Your use of our services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on our services without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Foxry's total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall Foxry be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action.
